Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
Griffith University has a specialized Physical Containment/Biosecurity Containment Level 3 (PC3/BC3) Facility. This high-containment facility is designed for advanced microbiology and animal research, allowing for the safe handling and storage of Risk Group 3 organisms. The PC3/BC3 Facility is a two-level extension within the Institute for Biomedicine and Glycomics (IBG) precinct at the Gold Coast campus (building G26); level 3 comprises a suite of laboratory spaces while level 2 comprises a suite of animal spaces. The Facility has been designed to cater for research projects using both Risk Group 2 and/or 3 microorganisms, GMOs, biosecurity material, security sensitive biological agents and agents listed on the Defence Strategic Goods List. The PC3/BC3 Facility is part of the IBG and Griffith’s broader research infrastructure, which supports both internal and external research projects.
