Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
The Environmental Research Facility (ERF) provides internal and external clients with access to class leading environmental analysis, equipment and services.
The ERF has expertise in aqueous and solid-phase elemental analysis (trace metals, TOC/TN and nutrients), particle size analysis; natural product compound isolation and characterisation, ecotoxicological bioassays and manipulations, and a range of sample collection and preparation techniques. The ERF also offers a wide range of scientific field equipment to assist in almost any field-based project, such as: multi-parameter water quality meters; data loggers; water, sediment and soil sampling apparatus.
