Upcoming Holiday Closure: In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Monday, January 19th, 2026. During this time, support in the U.S. and Canada will be unavailable. APAC and EU Support will remain open as normal. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to your ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.

QMF ANFF Griffith - Pricing Change

Dear users,
 
As part of ANFFQLD’s ongoing efforts to ensure sustainability, high quality of service, and maintain world-class research infrastructure, we will implement a revised pricing structure. This update reflects increased operational, and maintenance costs and aligns with national benchmarking across the ANFF Network.
 
The new pricing model has been carefully developed in consultation with our governance and stakeholder groups. It introduces Tier 1 and Tier 2 equipment classifications to provide a fairer and more transparent structure based on equipment type, complexity, on-going maintenance cost and usage intensity.
 
What this means for you:
 
  • The updated Access and Pricing Policy of all the tools will be available on our website from 1st June 2025
  • All bookings made on or after 1 October 2025 at Griffith University Hub will be charged according to the new rates.
